Great for burgers or as a dipping sauce, makes 4 servings
What turns a good burger into a great burger? For me, it’s the sauces! This recipe for an easy honey mustard sauce uses pantry staples and comes together in 3 minutes top. I really like it on a classic beef burger with cheddar cheese, salad, tomato, ketchup and a brioche bun.
What you will need:
– 60 grams of mayonnaise
– 1 heaping tablespoon of mustard
– 1/2 teaspoons of honey
– 1 clove of garlic
– 1 pinch of chili flakes
– salt and pepper
Mince your garlic, mix it into your mayonnaise, mix in your mustard and honey, and flavour it with salt and pepper ( I use about a quarter of a teaspoon of salt and slightly less pepper).
